The Assistance Towing Endorsement on an OUPV or Masters license is required for holders to engage in towing disabled vessels for compensation. If you are considering a position with Sea Tow, Tow Boat US or any other commercial towing organization and hold a license of 200 GRT or less you qualify for this endorsement.
To successful complete the course, students must have 100% attendance and score at least a 70% on the exam.
